Private investment is a key element of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico's strategy to develop a world class infrastructure. The PR Infrastructure Investment Forum featured overviews of prospective projects that could be developed in partnership with the private sector, highlighting those opportunities of mutual advantage for all parties and for economic development. Senior public officials and the Commonwealth's legal and financial advisors were available to discuss these topics in both formal and informal settings.
